Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Excellent service and food. I love coming to this location often. I love to order to their burgers and lemonade.

We ordered to go through your site and were surprised to learn that it cost more to pick up the order myself than have it delivered. So we decided to have it delivered to save cost. We placed the order at 2:37pm and it finally arrived at 3:40pm way over the estimated time, all the food was cold and soggy and missing the sauce on my wrap. Disappointing waste of my time and my money.

Good for burgers. Nice place for casual dining

Red Robin is not what it use to be. Their burgers are horrible. They use to have really great juicy burgers, but since they’ve changed the meat, they are not juicy nor good. It’s sad to see a company that has been in business so long with great food to slide down into the mediocre at best. I will no longer be visiting Red Robin, unless they change their meat back.

burgers are really good, fries are good but could be better and its all you can eat because they only give a handful at a time , i mean seriously they are frozen fries its not that difficult to cook them, easier than cutting potatoes as you go,

Great burger with endless fries for a good price

Use to be a safe restraunt for me. Least to say this experience was not a good one. Waitress was not very attentive at all. I'm a severe allergy of Celiac. The waitress was made aware of this 2 times so she was aware. When my food came the burger was extremely greasy. The fries were hot. As I ate the food my stomach started bloating. Come to find out the waitress did not order the fries gluten free. By this time I had eaten 3 refills. Needless to say it was to late the damage was done. Bloated, cramp pain and then the diarrhea Please be sure to triple check when you are Severe Allergy. We don't ask for Celica it was given to us. Spoke to General management stated they were going to handle it.

Love their impossible burger! And unlike burger King, they have the burgers separate from all the other meats etc so no worry of cross contamination from greese etc. Also their fries are made separately. Good place to eat impossible burgers for vegetarians or those who eat Halal.

Woodfield Mall location: A bit of a wait to get in, but they text when your table is ready. The food was FANTASTIC! Very large portions with endless fries... Try to save room for desert!

Visited on Saturday evening for dinner with a friend. Service was great and attentive. Burgers were good too.

We got seated right away. Food was great! No complaints at all. Our waitress Sarah was incredibly kind and she made our dining experience super enjoyable. Great night.

I always go here after vacation and never had a problem. But on 1/21/2020 it wasn't the case. I always order a burger and beer. Which was what I did on this day, the waitress asked for my ID, I showed her my temporary license because I had just gotten back and that was what we had in me. She left and came back saying that her manager said that wasn't a valid ID that I couldn't get any liquor. When every time I go I show them that same one and never had a problem. She didn't ask for a different form of ID she just said I'd recommend you get something from our non alcoholic beverages. So If you have a temporary license or ID DON'T GO HERE because they will discriminate. I will never go to this Red Robin again

Good place to eat if you in the area. Good selection of beer, desserts and food. Very popular place seating can be limited. But usually no problem to get in. Kids friendly place with iPads for them to play. Happy place for all family.

I really enjoy the burgers and selection with the ability to modify the menu according to my food allergies, they even have a menu for gluten free items and it's very helpful. I've not been sick which is great but there's a reason I can't give it 5 stars. This location is extremely busy but no matter what time I go I notice their lack of response to cleanliness. Fries are stuck to the ground and between seats, there's an odor, the condiments and tables are sticky...There are times where the salads have rotten lettuce so I send it back. Some employees are great and go above and beyond expectations! Thanks Fernando, you always do a great job and we love your personality.

The service was excellent and surprisingly fast considering how full the restaurant was. Our waitress was very pleasant and took care of all our needs quickly. But what I really want to rave about is the food. A kid's menu that serves yummy grilled chicken and fruit as a healthy option was great to see. I was so excited to look in the lunch menu and the very first item was a keto friendly burger that looked delicious. And the actual burger delivered in appearance as well as taste. It was not just a piece of meat on lettuce. It was a wonderfully crafted Red Robin burger with melted cheeses and wrapped in a lettuce wedge in such a way that you could hold it and eat. This is my new favorite place.

The waitress was very good. Food was good and I thought expensive. When it was time to pay our bill it was so confusing. There were 4 of us and did not know how to use the machine they put on the table to use to pay our bill. The waitress had to explain and help us and took longer then eating. I guess I am old fashion and miss the old days of paying the waitress. But that's me.

Great food .

Buffalo wings are great. Chicken sandwiches are great. Burgers are great. Workers make it even better. I have no complaints about this place. (I'm speaking mainly about the location at woodfield mall and the oakbrook mall)

Get the southwest salad, it's huge! I know, it's a burger place but the salad was more than worth it. Kind of a surprise.

Good burgers & fries just pricey

Good burgers. Delicious fries, onion rings and other sides. Nice bar with a good selection of beverages. Good milk shakes. Always great service.

Nice place burger I had was excellent, a little pricey but it was fantastic. Server was a tiny bit slow however it was crowded. She was a great server very polite suggested menu items but was not pushy.

I asked my 4yr old son to rate this restaurant and he gave it 5stars! That’s probably because he loves their mac n’ cheese and fries! Personally I would probably give it a 4star or a 4.5star rating because while I did enjoy my lunch, it could have been a little better. The only issue I had was that when I asked for no onions, I forgot the crispy onions were a critical topping for my burger. My fault, but I just wish the waitress would have reminded me that my usual “no onions” may not apply when the crispy onions are really the topping used. Anyway, overall we had a great meal with great service. I look forward to my next time at this particular Red Robin.

The first time I went here I asked for a Vegan burger and I got a vegetarian burger (had cheese on it) when I specified my order and what I couldn’t have. The second time I went there I asked for a Vegan burger again. The waitress was phenomenal. Very sweet and attentive to my order and I knew she wrote everything down as specified. When I got my burger I took two bites out of it and it didn’t taste right. It looked like meat. So I told my waitress and she confirmed it and showed her sincere apologies. But it wasn’t her fault. The cooks should know the differences between a vegetarian and a vegan. If the cooks can’t accommodate, differentiate the difference or follow an order , they shouldn’t be cooking. It could’ve been someone else who is allergic . Would not recommend for someone who is vegan/vegetarian or someone who needs certain accommodations due to allergies.

Red tavern double, garlic fries, honey mustard and sweet pepper thai sauce. Best burger every visit I make.

I've got to admit, I was very impressed. I came to eat here on Sunday after church with my friend before we shopped. Our server was Brittany. She was very good. She always had a smile on her face and was more than happy to get me or my friend anything we wanted. She was also a very enjoyable person to talk to. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

How is it I placed my order 30 minutes ago... arrived later than the given time and still have to wait 15 minutes for my order? This place is a joke

Food was ok, nothing special or extraordinarily good, but ok. I had a bottomless Caesars salad and a vegetarian burger. Unfortunately the burger with fries was served a bit to chilly. The waitress was friendly during my visit. I would return.

I used to come here for really good burgers, fries, and a beer to relax after work. My recent visit after not having been for awhile was a train wreck - horrible service-the server was not attentive and when I asked for more ketchup and extra fries the server roller her eyes. She was rude the whole visit. The manager was not helpful either and basically made excuses for the server’s bad attitude. Food was still ok but still I will never return very disappointing

Our server was very attentive and the food is good. It is in the mall, so VERY crowded, be prepared to wait a bit.

Ordered my food online and was able to pick it up in the store on my lunch break. The chicken tenders were really juicy and the french fries were amazing! Great quick bite to eat! :)

Fabulous Burgers with bottomless Fries and Salad, makes for an outstanding meal !!

One of the great place to have burgers n sides.. their menu is very tempting as they provide lot of options also it tastes really good.. place is huge but they have added so many tables that it feels like you are sitting in congested place.. we had stroller for baby and due to these many tables we couldn't bring that inside.. for this only less on stars otherwise for food it's awesome

Food was good, very friendly service. I ordered another side of fries and they took over 15 mins to get to my table, I had already paid and was ready to leave. Overall a good experience, good food though burgers could have been bigger. I sure will return to Red Robin in the future.

Fantastic meals, best Cobb Salad I’ve ever had. We had 2 meals in 1 day here as it was just that great! Janet was our Waitress and she was awesome, even remembered what we had eaten for lunch when we came back for dinner. I highly recommend 😀

RR never disappoints. All I ever get is the Royal tho, so don't ask me about the rest of the menu. ProTip: parm-gar fries + dipped in the garlic aeoli sauce = Outstanding! Just be sure to pop a tic tac afterwards, you're going to need it!

Red Robin is one of my favorite burger places. There are plenty of hamburgers to choose from and they come with bottomless steak fries. It is good with a group, kids, or by yourself.Unfortunately, some of the Red Robin's in the south have closed, but I always come to this one when I'm in town.

The food is so good but the service sucks! They have these little tablets things they take orders on which slow the whole process of everything down.
